Co-Founder of Peachy Fit. With over 15 years experience within the Fitness Industry, I have enjoyed my role as a Personal Trainer, helping people stay fit and healthy. I continue to want to motivate, inspire and empower men and women to live a healthy active balanced lifestyle. 

When asked what am I training for, my answer is always “For Life!”

Training with Elle twice a week over the last 5 years has been a life changing experience. She trains you hard with amazing variety so training never becomes tedious. Meet Sami

Co-Founder of Peachy Fit. Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. Fitness has always been my way of life!

As a trainer, I thrive off creating energy within a team & individually within 1:1 Personal Training session that motivate & encourage individuals to put in their best effort.  I want to continue to share my strong passion for the fitness & health Industry and inspire others to do the same. Most sessions are aimed at clients exceeding their personal goals through strength and conditioning sessions that improve muscular endurance and raise the heart rate.

We had an end of year work trip to Byron Bay with colleagues and decided it was a good idea to have an early morning fitness session before starting the day. Sami organized a great session for us which put us through our paces. We had differing levels of fitness but Sami managed to cater for all of us. She put us through an intense outdoor session which we all left feeling energized for the day. Sami was fantastic – super smiley with loads of energy and very professional. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have been training now with Sami & Elle @peachyfit for 2.5yrs... Wow, I cannot believe it’s been that long. Time flies when your having fun right? And I am loving my time with Peachy Fit. I have always been small built, reasonably fit and healthy and have always enjoyed moving my body with intermittent training and sports etc. Like everyone my commitment would go up and down and sometimes although i loved it, physical activity would be minimal. Originally, joining Peachyfit bootcamp was a “get back on track” plan, little did I know training would be come a lifestyle for me. Training with Peachyfit has given me flexibility and mobility where I had limited movement and tightness... I have gained muscle tone without bulking up and my strength has doubled and some. My indurance has improved and recovery time has halved. I feel strong and stable in my core and my posture has improved substantially! I have never felt better. Mentally, I feel happier and healthier, I am sleeping through the night and wake feeling rested. I feel positive, energised and able to tackle anything! I have never felt stronger, healthier or happier then I do now. Elle and Sami are the most supportive, positive and committed trainers I’ve met. 9 years ago I made the best life decision to date, diving head first into the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer. Fitness and wellbeing has been the way I am able to connect and share my understanding and importance of creating a strong foundation within your unique body.

Meet Mitch

My journey, from an unhealthy teenager to a competitive CrossFit athlete, showed me first-hand the transformative nature of fitness. Aligning with the ethos that EVERYONE can harness the power of health and fitness to improve their lives, I recognise training holds diverse significance for individuals. I am a firm believer it is my job to help you maximize the role fitness can have in your life, whether you be an aspiring athlete or just looking to get your body moving. I'm here to help you become the absolute best version of yourself. 

 As a trainer, I enjoy utilising different training methodologies and styles to keep 1:1 sessions varied and engaging. I also strongly emphasise proper technique and quality movement patterns to keep people injury-free and empower individuals to give their all.
